Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This policy explains how Sheets Reader (“the app”), available at sheets-reader.pages.dev, handles information when you sign in with Google.

1. Information we access

We do not access Gmail, Calendar, Contacts or other Google services, and we cannot modify, delete or share your files.

2. How we use it

Your email address is used only to show who is signed in. Spreadsheet data is used only to display it back to you inside the app. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or to train AI or machine-learning models.

3. Storage and retention

Spreadsheet contents are fetched when you view them and are not stored by the app. The app stores an OAuth token so you stay signed in; it is kept on our server with restricted access and deleted when you sign out or revoke access.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties, except where required by law.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Sheets Reader’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Your choices

You can sign out in the app at any time, and revoke the app’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask for any stored data to be deleted, email us at the address below.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
